At Elsy Clothing Ltd, we are committed to delivering our premium female apparel to you as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are managed and dispatched directly from our facility in Dudley, United Kingdom.
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During this time, every garment undergoes a final quality inspection at our Dudley hub before being hand-packed for shipment.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been handed over to our courier partners.
We provide reliable, tracked delivery services across the UK:
Standard Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Express Tracked Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Courier Partners: We primarily utilize Royal Mail and DPD for all domestic deliveries to ensure maximum reliability.
Elsy Clothing Ltd proudly ships to select international destinations.
Europe: 5-10 business days.
Rest of World: 7-14 business days.
Courier Partners: International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express or UPS, providing end-to-end tracking for your peace of mind.
UK Standard: £3.99 (Free on orders over £75).
International: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the package has left our Dudley facility.
For international orders, Elsy Clothing Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For your security and to prevent fraudulent transactions, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched from 50 Bowman Drive.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund orders that are lost due to incorrect address entry by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at payment@elsyclothing.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.
In the rare event of a lost shipment (no tracking movement for over 15 business days), we will conduct an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or a full refund via Stripe.
