At Elsy Clothing Ltd, we take immense pride in the quality of our female apparel. If your purchase is not perfectly suited to your needs, we offer a transparent and streamlined returns and exchanges process. Our policy is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following “Brand New” criteria:
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (perfume/smoke) or makeup marks.
Packaging: All original Elsy Clothing tags and brand labels must remain securely attached.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings, undergarments, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken) are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently by our Dudley team:
Request: Email us at payment@elsyclothing.com with your Order Number (#EC-XXXX) and the reason for the return.
Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Shipment: Securely pack your items. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Elsy Clothing Ltd is not responsible for items lost in transit back to our facility.

We offer complimentary exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item (subject to stock availability).
Once we receive and inspect your original item at our Dudley hub, we will ship your exchange item at no additional shipping cost to you.
For exchanges of a different product, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order.
We use Stripe’s secure infrastructure to handle all financial reversals.
Inspection: Once your return is received at our headquarters, please allow 2-3 business days for our quality control team to inspect the goods.
Approval: Upon approval, a refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
Bank Timeline: While we issue refunds instantly, banks and card issuers typically take 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Every item is hand-inspected at 50 Bowman Drive before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

We will provide a pre-paid return label and prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been picked and packed for dispatch from our warehouse, it must be processed as a standard return.
